One of the first things people want to know before booking is simple: what does a mobile massage in Birmingham actually cost? Here is a clear, honest breakdown of pricing, what is included, and how it compares to a spa.
A useful massage budget starts with the time you want, your location and when payment is due. The current pricing page lists treatment totals for each duration, including couples massage, which consists of two consecutive treatments. Use this guide to choose a session length and understand travel and deposit costs before you book.
The complete price is shown before payment. Travel is included up to 10 driving miles; journeys over 10 and up to 20 driving miles add £10, while journeys over 20 driving miles or routes that cannot be checked require manual approval. Any unavoidable parking cost is also explained before the appointment is confirmed. Every session includes clean linens, massage oils and a DBS-checked therapist who comes to your home, hotel or Airbnb. For accommodation bookings, confirm that the hotel or host permits a visiting therapist and provide a private, suitable treatment space.
Before your first treatment you'll complete a short consent form so I understand any areas to focus on or avoid. That consultation time is part of the service, not an added cost.
A 60-minute appointment may suit a focused session; 90 or 120 minutes gives more time to work across several areas at a comfortable pace. Choose around your priorities, comfort and budget rather than assuming a longer or firmer treatment must be better. If you are unsure, explain what you would like from the session before booking.
A £20 deposit may be required for a first appointment, a selected online-booking option or after a previous missed appointment. It is a payment towards the booking's confirmed total, not an extra fee. For example, a confirmed £65 total with a £20 deposit leaves £45 to pay. Any agreed travel or parking charge forms part of the confirmed total used to calculate the remaining balance.
Your available payment options are shown before booking and may include secure online payment, cash after the appointment or an agreed bank transfer. Pay the remaining balance using the agreed option. For longer journeys requiring approval, the journey and complete price are confirmed before any payment is taken.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, the amount paid is normally refunded to the original payment method or transferred to a new date at your choice. With less than 24 hours' notice, a charge of up to 50% of the confirmed session price may apply; a no-show or no safe access may incur up to 100%. Amounts already paid can go towards that charge, which will not exceed the reasonable loss. If we cancel, you can choose a refund or transfer. Read the deposit and cancellation guide and the full booking terms for the conditions, exceptions and your statutory rights.
On paper, a mobile massage might look similar in price to a spa visit. But when you factor in the true cost of going to a clinic — fuel, parking, the time spent travelling there and back — having the treatment come to you is often the more economical choice, and certainly the more convenient one.
There's also the value of what happens afterwards. After a deep, relaxing massage the last thing you want is to get back in the car and drive across Birmingham. With a mobile massage you simply rest in your own home and let the benefits settle in properly.
No — whether you book a deep tissue massage, a sports massage or a relaxing Swedish treatment, the price is based purely on session length, not the technique used. You choose the duration that suits you and we tailor the treatment to your needs on the day.
