Confirmation and consent

Once confirmed, your appointment details and private health and consent link are sent by email and text. Complete the form before treatment so I can check that the massage is suitable for you.

Prepare a comfortable space

I bring oils and fresh linens. Please prepare a suitable bed or firm treatment surface, a warm room and space to move safely around you. We’ll agree pressure and focus areas before starting.

Your massage — no rushing

Your chosen duration is treatment time. Pressure can be adjusted throughout. For couples, one therapist treats each partner consecutively; each receives their full chosen session.

Take your time after

When we're done I pack away quietly while you rest. There's no need to rush off anywhere — you're already home. Most clients lie still for a few minutes, which is exactly what your body needs.

Aftercare and payment

I’ll share simple aftercare advice and give you time to settle. Any remaining balance is paid using the method agreed when the appointment was confirmed; deposits always count towards the displayed total.

Home, Hotel & Airbnb Appointments

Apartments and parking

Include your building name, buzzer, floor and lift or stair access in the booking notes. Let me know about visitor parking, permits or a short unloading point so arrival can be planned around access.

Hotel or Airbnb stay?

Check with reception or your Airbnb host that a visiting therapist is permitted before booking. The accommodation needs a suitable private space. Share arrival and visitor sign-in instructions in your private booking notes.

Where do visits start?

I’m based in Sutton Coldfield and provide mobile massage across Birmingham and surrounding areas. Travel is included up to 10 driving miles from my service base, with £10 added over 10 and up to 20 miles. Check your full postcode; longer journeys need approval before payment.
