How Online Booking Works From Live Times to Confirmation

Here is what happens at each stage and why certain information is requested.

1. Choose Your Treatment and Length

Start with deep tissue, sports, Swedish relaxation or couples massage. You can then choose a 60, 90 or 120-minute appointment where that duration is available. The total price updates as you make your selection.

Couples treatments are provided consecutively by one therapist, so the booking system reserves enough time for both people rather than treating it as a single appointment.

2. Check Your Area Using the Postcode

The postcode is requested before the full address. It confirms whether the location is covered and helps estimate travel between appointments without collecting more personal information than is needed at that stage.

Travel is included up to 10 driving miles. For journeys over 10 and up to 20 miles, the booking shows a fixed £10 travel charge. Journeys over 20 driving miles or routes that cannot be checked are held for manual approval, with no payment taken until the journey and complete price are confirmed.

3. View Suitable Dates and Times

Available times take account of confirmed bookings, treatment length and the journey between addresses. Times that have already passed are removed from same-day availability, and the final appointment is limited so the treatment can finish around midnight.

A time that is too close to another journey may be marked for approval instead of being confirmed automatically. When a day is full, choose another date or ask about cancellations on WhatsApp.

4. Add Your Details

After selecting a time, add your mobile number, email and visit address. No mobile verification code is required. Include access or parking instructions if useful. Hotel guests should confirm that visitors and in-room treatments are allowed, then include the hotel name and reception instructions.

5. Review the Price and Payment

The final review shows the treatment total, any travel charge, what is due immediately and what remains after the appointment. Choose the £20 deposit or full online payment where offered. A deposit forms part of the treatment price; it is not an additional charge.

What Happens After Confirmation?

You receive the appointment details by email and text, together with a private Health Consultation & Consent Form. The secure manage-booking link shows payment and form progress and, where the booking qualifies, allows a change or cancellation request.

Your selected time is removed from public availability once the booking is confirmed. A request awaiting manual approval is held separately until it is accepted or declined.
